outlook calender notifies 2 hours late!

One of our users puts something in her calendar but it notifies her 2 hours later than it should do! Her time zones settings are correct and she is selecting notify me 5 minutes before!

Anyone know why it does this?

check to see if there date and time on there pc is correct
