I just got a PDA and have been using it to track my time at customer's locations, like my timesheet. Then I sync with Outlook so that it's all in my calendar.

I used to put all of my time/tasks in a spreadsheet, but I don't want to now have to translate or retype all the stuff I've imported to Outlook into an Excel spreadsheet. Is there a way I can send one week of a calendar via email to someone else?

Thanks in advance.

You could export your calendar to an excel file. If you go to File, Import and Export, follow the prompts to export, you can choose to export to an excel file and you can set the date range that you want to export. Once you have exported to an excel file you can then email that file. Of course there may be some editing needed but it would be better than retyping.
