Is there a way to pull up someone's Outlook calendar and have it in an Access form so that you can check availability/schedule appointment without having to leave Access?

I have Outlook 2000 and Access 2000
I can see just the Appointments in the Calendar.
Here is a small sample of what it looks like in Access "Linking" the Calendar which is under Personal folders.

Importance Message Class Priority Subject From Message To Me Message CC to Me Sender Name CC To Received Message Size Body Creation Time Last Modification Time Subject Prefix Has Attachments Normalized Subject Object Type Content Unread
1 IPM.Appointment 0 Christmas Day Douglas Poston Douglas Poston 6/5/00 9:55:14 AM 783 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 0 Christmas Day 5
1 IPM.Appointment 0 Christmas Eve Douglas Poston Douglas Poston 6/5/00 9:55:14 AM 783 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 0 Christmas Eve 5
1 IPM.Appointment 0 Columbus Day Douglas Poston Douglas Poston 6/5/00 9:55:14 AM 781 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 0 Columbus Day 5
1 IPM.Appointment 0 Easter Douglas Poston Douglas Poston 6/5/00 9:55:14 AM 769 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 0 Easter 5
1 IPM.Appointment 0 Election Day Douglas Poston Douglas Poston 6/5/00 9:55:14 AM 781 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 3/5/99 5:13:01 AM 0 Election Day 5

--------------------
So IN Access your are going to Link a table.
then look in "Files of type" for Exchange() [Note we are using Exchange Server as our E-mail host.]
Also this is a .PST files I am viewing. So I had to go into Windows Explorer to find the .PST file I am using.
Next you will see a list of your folders in Outlook.
Double Click on th ePersonal folders and you should see th eCalendar. Double click it and it will show up as a Linked table in Access Tables TAB.

DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.

But, is there a way to have the Calendar actually linked into an Access form so that it looks the same as going into Outlook?
How would you change the date of the appointment inside of access and have it reflect on the cal?
