Outlook Calendar Find Function Corrupted?

Hi,

When doing a "find" in my calendar for items I KNOW are there, the results pop up lightening fast, then disappear and the message reads "No Items Found".

Does it sound like this function has corrupted, or is there a way to recover the result information?

If corrupted, how can I uninstall and reinstall the calendar portion of Outlook only? (I already saved the .pst files and know how to put the info back in.)
