Outlook Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) field

Hi,

If someone sends an email to me and uses the BCC field to maybe send it to someone else, how can I see the other person(s)/email adress?

As far as I am aware you cant. I once posted a question in the reverse to yours asking "How to send an email to multiple recipients without them seeing each others email addresses"

The response I got was to send the email to my own address and put everyone else's in the BCC field

So unless someone knows anything different?

That's correct - you canNOT see the other recipients. That's the whole purpose of the bcc field.

If you really want to see it have your Exchange administrator person track the message from the server and then you will be able to see every person who received the message.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
