Outlook automatic font change

Is it possible to get Outlook to change the text in all incoming e-mails to the same font, regardless of what font it was sent in?

I have a user with impaired vision who cannot read some e-mails, so would like them all turned into 14 point text.

Hi,

This is kind of dependent on the format in which the message was sent (i.e. HTML, Plain Text etc.). I haven't actually tried this but it seems to make sense :-
