outlook attachments & windows XP

hi all

i have a client who has a new xp system, and cannnot receive ANY emails containing attachments. is this an xp thing? i haven't heard of this before. his email client is OE.

Howdy:

Nope.. it is an OE6 thing..

Have them start OE and go to Tools>Options>Security..

Now, uncheck the "Do Not Allow Attachments, etc..".. Apply and okay out.
