Hi All

I need to copy attachments that get sent to me using outlook onto my c:\ or network drive automatically.

What I do now, is to go to each attachment within each email, do a right click and do "Save As" and copy to my network drive. There are about 50 of these emails with attachments and it does take a long time.

How can I do this automatically?

Thanks

Waoh. Not at all. No clue as to what that was all about.

Please how else can I do this?

Thanks

Hi,
Not sure I understand the question...However, if you open the email and click File menu, you can select Save Attachments and save all attachments in a single email simultaneously. No need to do each attachment individually.
HTH,
