When I drag an attachment into an email in Outlook XP I get the error:

"out of memory or system resources. please close some windows and try again"

If I click 'ok' and send the mail, the attachment still appears in the mail in the Outbox, but it will only let me attach one mail at a time. Attaching without dragging works fine.

I've now updated to MS Office 2003 and still have the same problem!! Surely there must be some way to fix this without reinstalling Windows!?

(NB. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Office...)

Cheers!

Bill.

Try some of the steps in this page:
Also,
Does this ring a bell:
It turned out to be the MS Exchange connection. Changed it to
"Use Cached Exchange Mode" then changed it back, and everything worked fine.
