Outlook and Tasks

Is there any way to show the Task Pad while in the Inbox?

I've floundered around the customized views but can't figure out how to do it.

A good example of what I want it to look like is when you select the Calendar. It has the Task Pad on the right hand side.

You can use the "Outlook Today" view (root folder for inbox) then customize the view to include both the inbox and task list (and whatever else).

Thanks Kevin but I don't see any of the Inbox messages, just numbers of unread messages.

Is there a way to see my messages just like the Inbox but with the Task Pad to the side?
