Hi,

Is there anyway to send an email in outlook forcing the receipient to only be able to reply all?

Thanks,

Chris

Sub PandorasBox()
msgbox ("sorry but WHY would you want this? Yikes would this be really really annoying to the recipients!")
end sub

sorry but while i see some VERY short term benefits I can see this idea going south in a big way.

I want it because I sometimes send emails from one account and need to be able to see it on another account. This is because sometimes I only have access to one of my accounts (restrictions etc). Even if I put "Please reply all" somewhere in the email around half the time the recipient will only reply to the account I sent it from. I don't auto rules to forward emails from each account to the other for various reasons.

In options there is an option to say have replies sent to. I'm not sure how well that works. I'll give it a go.

Seems to work ok. Now when they hit reply the email addresses I want appear. If they use a different client I'm not sure what will happen... but this will do for now...

Thanks,

Chris

Since you are asking in VBA forum, do you happen to have that property for the MailItem?
