Hi,
A user has a problem trying to restore mail she has backed up while using Outlook set to Internet email.
The problem is that instead of backing up the mailstore she backed up by dragging and dropping folders from Outlook itself. The hard drive has now been reformatted and we are trying to find a way to restore the files, the problem is that of course we cannot restore them by putting them back in the mailstore, nor by importing them.
It is vital email, does anyone have any idea of a workaround.
