Outlook and ALLWAYS use default account

I have 2 accounts set up in outlook, one exchange and one pop. Becouse of the exchange setup the account details do not contain the 'correct' reply address, I therefore use the pop account as the default. BUT for replys to mail that's come in to the exchange account the default reply is the exchange account, so I have to pull down th eother one.
QUESTION - Can I 'force' outlook to ONLY use the default account come what may?

Do you want the exchange account to have the POP reply address? Or the other way around?

err DOH never mind, you cannot do that when running a MS exchange server. So no worries on replying to me

Oh I was so excited then - saw a reply, and thought soem one knows how to set a reply address in exchange DOH
