Outlook 2k7 - Open a microsoft accdb

Hi again, turns out i've forgotten more then i thought i had :D

I need to know how i go about opening and closing a database in VBA in outlook. The idea is i will be pulling info via code from emails and storing them in the database, i just need to know the correct commands and syntax for this. and what reference libraries i need too.
