I have been setting up several clients with XP Pro and Office 2K (for now) on an Exchange 2000 server. Mostly the same accounts moved to a different workstation. One of them is having a problem. When an email is sent to them, it doesn't show up unless the user clicks on a different folder and then back on the Inbox. Weird. The message also has the received time of when it SHOULD have been received. Say Person A sends my problem person B an email at 3:00. Person B has nothing until they click on their deleted items then back to their inbox at 3:30. The Inbox shows up a new message from Person A received at 3:00. ????? Anybody ran into this before?
