I think I know the answer to this, but I would appreciate some help quick, this is for our admin assistant who is the president's sister and has an attitude. I have her on OWA, but that won't keep her happy for long....
She called me this morning saying she could not access her email. We have w2k workstations with outlook 2k and exchange 2k. She had rebooted still nothing. I logged her out and logged in as myself - starts up fine. I know an easy fix would be to delete her account and recreate, as I suspect that to be corrupt somehow... but if anything is changed, I'll have to listen to her complain. Plus I try to do a detect and repair under my account since I can get into it, it stops halfway with error 1706. But it works fine otherwise under me. I uninstalled office professional completely and reinstalled it, same thing.
