I have a user with Outlook 2K and all the sudden when she sends a message, it does not put a copy into her SENT FOLDER. Just started happening, no configuration change. I figured her folder was too full so I had her delete about 100 messages and do a test email and still didn't out a copy there. It seems like people are recieving the mail still, but would like to have the reciept in case questioned about a email not sent. Thanks to everyone in advance.

Click on "Tools,Options,E-mail Options", make sure that the "Save copies of sent messages in Sent Items Folder" is checked off.

It is already checked. I unchecked it and applied, sent a email, nothing so re-checked it and still nada. Thanks.

That is strange....

Check the "Rules" and make sure that there is no rule affecting "Sent" items... mot98

Nope, nothing has changed. Just stop after the 1st of April

Try this...

Create a new folder called test, copy all her sent items there, and then test it with an empty "Sent" folder. mot98

Check to make sure this setting isn't enabled: Tools, Options, E-mail Options, Advanced E-mail Options, In folders other than the inbox, save replies with original messages.
