Outlook 2007 - HTML Code instead of formatted text displayed

Just began using OL2007 last week. Some of the e-mails I receive are nothing but the raw html code instead of the formatted text. Where on earth do I change my settings so I can see the formatted text instead?

I'm about to migrate the our office to exchange, and I've got to figure this out before I get to the boss's workstation (eek).
