We are running Outlook 2003 on some of our machines with Exchange 5.5 (SP4) on the backend. Issues are that on some users the chach mode was accidently left on (as Default choice) and thoes users worked ok untill they go onto a machine that is running outlook 2000. When they use this older client they experience issues like Outlook.exe hangs on exit, Displays are incorrect. Have gone through some of microsofts sites telling that when chached mode is selected it adds extra atributes to the users mailbox (Which we had to patch out exchange servers for)which i recon is causing the issues on the older client. Is there any way of reversing the issue ..Hence remove these extra attributes added. All the 2003 clients have now been taken off chached mode.....Help.....
