Outlook 2003 Send/Recive Error?

Hello.

I tried sending an email that went through my outbook but it cannot be sent because it cannot access my email server. The message is not in the outbox or sent items, the send & recived error keeps poping up and I can't find the email to remove it.

I forgot this email account can't be used and I'm wondering how to delete this message that is stuck in limbo?

I have has this problem before and I think I needed a program to install that can see all the behind the sceans stuff but I don't remember what it is.

Any help?
