We have a machine running W2K and Outlook 2003 that has multiple profiles setup on an Exchange Server. When Outlook initially starts up, a prompt is displayed to select a profile and then to enter the password. The problem that I have is that once Outlook is closed and restarted, it remembers the password and allows others to access this person's email. The option to always prompt for username and password is checked, but does not appear to resolve this issue. Also, the email is not caching either. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you check Tools_Email accounts settings?
What is set and what is not?
Remember Password checkbox?
Logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)?

Under the Security tab, the option to always prompt for username and password is checked, but does not appear to work properly. I did not see an option for remembering passwords under these options, or anywhere else within Outlook 2003's various options. In terms of the logon settings, the only options available are for Kerberos/NTLM, which I have tried changing but to no avail.
