I have the same problem on 2 different computers. When I receive an email with pictures attached, I open up the image, and then Microsoft Picture Manager loads up. Normally, the picture just shows up in Picture Manager, but now 2 blank images with an x show up and they have some random file name and the file names have nothing to do with the picture I was trying to open. This problem just started to randomly happen on both computers, after a good amount of time where it worked normal. Did a setting get changed or did something become corrupt? I already tried to re-install office and I have all updates. Any suggestions!? Thank you to whomever can help me.
