Outlook 2003 Out Of Office Problem with XC2003

Hi all,
OOO issue affecting OL2003 vanilla and SP1 clients.

User gets a message stating following when they click tools and OOO Assistant -
"Your AutoReply message could not be displayed. The client operation failed"

If user then goes on and tries to set an OOO message they get -
"Changes to the rule could not be saved"

I can fix temporarily by creating a new profile but the issue usually comes back after a little while.

Anybody got any thoughts?
