outlook 2003 only opens once...

Wonder if anyone could help me out...... I can only open outlook once. e.g. if its opened and then shut down it wont open again until the computer is rebooted! I have run detect & repair and it didn't help

Also I cant open outlook 2003 on a different PC as it keeps saying winfax pro is installed? yet i have uninstalled all the symantec related programs i can see from the 'add/remove' menu??

Are you just opneing and closing Outlook without doing anything?

After closing Outlook, go to Task Manager and see if it is still listed as a running task.

Open Outlook and when it doesn't open, look again in Task Manager. If there is now more than one version running, right-click and close all instances.

Does it open now?
