We are running Office 2003 on Citrix XP FR3 and it is not happy. In Outlook 2003 when a user sets their signature the next time they logon it needs to be added again. Also when opening Word or Excel it shows other users recovered documents. We followed all the Citrix/Microsoft guides to install it and it didn't make a lick of difference.
I am planning to upgrade our Citrix server copy of Office XP Professional to Office 2003 Professional.
Anyone who has tried this, please help.

Is this installation a fresh install of Office 2003 or an upgrade from any prior version of Office?
