Outlook 2003 missing DLL

Hello All

We are using Outlook 2003 and on 1 machine only there is a missing dll on start up it is nmdcext.dll

It is on a dell inspiron laptop
We have recently installed a new telephone system and had to remove Call Pilot - this is about the same time as the problem occurred, The machine has Service Pack 2 for XP on it.

Please can you help ?
