Outlook 2003 - Message rules (once read, then transfer)

Hi,
I have been playing with the message rules to auto tranfer messages from my inbox to their proper folders but I would like to create a rule that would transfer them only once they are read. (and no longer marked as new and boild in the inbox)

I am sure this is possible. What do you think?
