Outlook 2003 interface not registered

I am running outlook 2003 on windows xp pro and it has been working fine for months then all of a sudden when i try and send a mail message i get a pop up box saying " Microsoft office word, Interface not registered "

I have checked and my office suite is registered online and i can recieve mails with no problems. I have tried sending mail as HTML, Rich text and plain text with the same result each time. I have run the repair wizard and even reinstalled but it stays the same. It happens with a HTTP account and with POP/SMTP account.

Anyone with any ideas???

I think you may need to re-register your cdo.dll file. Go to a command prompt from the problem machine and do a "regsvr32 cdo.dll"

I'm sorry, I meant to say ole32.dll, not cdo.dll.
