Our CEO's inbox looks fine when at full screen with a bunch of columns in the folder view. When you do a restore down so that it's no longer full screen there are no longer any columns just the one column kind of like the autopreview but not. Anyone have any ideas?

leave it full screen?
What did he expect, that everything would just zoom in or what? If it does not fit, it will not be displayed.

Found it. Stupid me for not seeing it (he's very impatient and I had about 15 seconds to try to work out the problem before he told me to go and call Microsoft, who said to reinstall outlook!) We've only just implemented Outlook 2003 and I didn't know that when the window is small enough it summarises the columns. I made the window about 1mm bigger and all colomns are there.

Voila..
