I have a user with Outlook 2003 who gets an 'ivory' font colour on a white background, MS Word as the editor. I can't get rid of the yellow no matter what I do - I tried changing the styles, deleting normal.dot, but nothing holds. Does anyone have answers for this? It's only on that particular pc.

Thanks for any help you may have.

Thanks for responding dhulbert, but I already tried that and the font is as it should be. I've changed the style to black or automatic, but it just doesn't hold. I've deleted the normal.dot, to no avail.
