I have an aggravation with Outlook 2003: When I create a new email I use the TO button to show my contact address list. The problem is many of my contacts are being duplicated in the list because they have both an email address and a fax number - the list shows them once for email type SMTP and once for email type FAX.
I don't send emails to fax machines - so is there any way to exclude the entries for the FAX email type so my contacts aren't duplicated?
