A secretary wants to setup the following scenario using rules with Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange 2000 server.
Mail sent directly to her to remain in her Inbox
Mail forwarded from her boss to be moved to a folder in her .PST file
If mail forwarded from her boss has her email address in the TO or CC box, then a copy should be left in her Inbox and a copy put in her .PST file
Problem: She only receives 1 copy of mail that is being forwarded from her boss where her email address is in the TO or CC box of the mail.
Is this a 'feature' of Exchange 2000?
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
