Outlook 2003 Drafts Problem

I have a user that when she saves a draft it is saved into the drafts folder but it is empty (no name, subject, or date ... only the size is visible). I am unable to open them or delete them. Any ideas of what is going on.

Just for some extra info we are using Exchange Server 2000 and Outlook 2003 w/ SP2.
