Outlook 2003 - Closes when minimised

Does anyone know why my outlook closes completely when asked to minimise? This has only just started happening, and i was wondering whether this is a glitch in the design.

It's just common sense, shame sense isn't common!

Bit of a guess here, but you might want to check that you haven't got the option "Hide when minimised" selected. To check this, open outlook and then right click on the system tray icon. You should see the option on the list.
