Outlook 2003 cannot view Public Folders in E2K

I have multiple clients connecting to our Exchange box. I have implemented a few Outlook 2003 systems (that come on new Dell systems now) and am having problems seeing the public folders. I get "unable to display content...check permissions..."

Default permissions on the public folders are set to Reviewer and the same for anonymous. Outlook 2000 and XP have no problems viewing the public folders.

I have even tried adding the user specifically to the folder.

Any ideas?
