i have a user that has created a number of .oft templates in Outlook 2002, some of these she no longer wants, i have removed these from c:\doc & settings\user name\...... no problems.
But when the user goes into outlook and goes to >Actions >new mail message using. the links to these are still visible, the user has rebooted the application but agian are still visable. Any one know of ways to get rid of these? ________________________________________

If you want to get rid of the menu links do it via TOOLS - CUSTOMIZE and drag them off your menu bar. *Remember.......
