outlook 2002 - word 2000

hey all

we have a build - office 2000 installed then upgraded to outlook 2002 from groupwise.

it seems to allow the help index to run only in one of the programs eg outlook 2002 - contents, answer wizard, index
all ok - word 2000 contents ok but answer wizard, index blank - if we reinstall either one it just swaps the help to the last one installed.

this does not happen on builds that had office 2000 and outlook 2002 installed at the same time.

can someone help??
