Hi, guys.
I have an user that he usually uses outlook in Work Offline Mode. In Work-Offline mode, he sends email and firstly, it goes to Outbox as determined. In Outbox, when emails are ready to be sent, the characters are in Italic and envelop is also looks like going to Fly.
But,
Once he clicks(Only click, not open) the 'going to fly' email, the envelop turns to Edit Mode and also the characters become normal. And, this happens also, after he just Click Outbox and move the mouse to other folders, like Inbox or Sent and then, come back to Outbox. Emails are already changed to edit mode.
What I have done ;
- Reinstall Outlook deleting Local_Machine / User Profile Registry.
- Recreated Outlook profile under C:\Documents~\Username\~
- Recreated Offline file. *.ost file.
- Installed OfficeXP Service Pack 2.
- Replaced Outllib.dll & Recall.dll copied from other computer.
And the issue doesn't happen in other machine.
Environment
- Windows XP / Office XP / Pure Microsoft Environment either OS/Protocol.
Please help.
