I have an end user that randomly gets an access denied error message when she attempts to send or receive email. Any thoughts?? thanks

Are you running Exchange, there could be more people using Exchange than you have licenses for. The only remedy if this is the case is buying an additional Client Access License or Pack of Licenses

I'm having the same issue with Outlook XP. In my enviroment I'm not using Exchange. This access denied error still exists. Any other ideas.

I managed to correct this issue. Are your .pst files located on another machine, I.E. File Server. If they are copy the .pst file to their local PC. Then run Outlook off the local PC. Also, if your like me and you have your email running through another companies mail server, this error message will appear if the end user closed out of Outlook incorrectly. The mail server would lock this persons account for 10 minutes, then the users email would work again. Not sure if this helps!!!
