Outlook 2002 (Outlook XP) question

I have a user that when they print an email it doesn't show the picture of the attachment on the email. I made sure she was set for Rich Text for her emails as well as word for the email editor. Then I made sure I was sending in Rich Text and sent her an email but when the email prints the header is there but not the attachment name and picture of the attachment. It works fine on my machine but I am running Outlook 2003 however I don't believe it's a version issue. Any help would be appreciated.
