Outlook 2002 Not Archiving

I have a 2002 Outlook client connecting to Exchange 5.5 which is configured for auto-archiving. The problem is that none of the folders (Inbox, Sent items, calendar etc) that are configured get erchived. A message pops up saying "Error while archiving folder "inbox" in "XXXXX" store. Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try checking that the file you have set as the arvice exists and has full permissions for your user and is not set as read-only. Also, if the file size is above 2Gb this can cause problems also.
