I have a user that is having a problem with messages going to her deleted folder in Outlook 2002. She has no rule set up to do this and we have tried re-installing. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Outlook 2002 - Messages going to deleted folder

She does not want these new messages going to the deleted folder. I have removed the profile and recreated it...new messages still going to the deleted folder.
