Outlook 2002 - meeting invite not being delivered

When a particular user in our email system (Exchange 5.5, Outlook 2002) creates a meeting, and invites someone else, they get this message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Our Meeting
Sent: 11/07/2002 12:21
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Joe Bloggs on 11/07/2002 12:21
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=GB;a= ;p=SSL;l=SERVER1-020711112036Z-19027
MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:SURREY:SERVER1

Any ideas?

Joe Bloggs is setup as a delegate for one of the invitees and the meeting invitation is setup to forward a copy from the invitees account to Joe Bloggs.

We see this all the time. You'll need to see which account has the delegate set up. joegz
