Outlook 2002 conversion to Outlook 2003

We have been asked to beta test a version of MS Exchange. In order to participate, we are going to have to upgrade to Outlook 2003. I have a number of shortcuts in my current Outlook 2002 that are to frequently used files stored on our server. Before doing the update and conversion, want to know if I'm going to need to 'recreate' all of my shortcuts in Outlook 2003 or if they will automatically be converted into 2003? If I need to recreate, then I will make sure to write down all of the files and locations before doing the upgrade/conversion.
