I have somehow just discovered that you can create a "speedmail" custom toolbar button within Outlook. The following site will show you how:

One question though. They seem not to indicate how to go about doing this with the exchange mail system. Everything points to Internet based ie hyperlinks this and that. What I would like to do is set up a few of these addresses with my colleagues name, and avoid the pain of typing out the entire company's e-mail address. I realise I could probably have completed it by the end of this question, but would still like to know how I can achieve this if at all possible.

Cheers in advance

In an Exchange environment, you can normally just use the users Display Name... eg; Bill Gates (bill.gates@somewhere.com) should be just "mailto:Bill Gates" you shouldn't even need the mailto: bit, just type the user's name in.

Dan

Thanks Bigfulla

The name comes up as a proper e-mail name (underlined...etc) when you hit "ctrl + k", so I therefore assume you are right. Will give it a bash tomorrow.
