Outlook 2000

When ever I try to open Outlook for my email it starts to check my mail and then it reverts back to my desktop. The only way I can reqad my email is to shut down my unit , reboot and thengodirectly to outlook. I have checked my resources and they are around the 70% range. Is this too low for Outlook to function. I'm opento any suggesstions.

Have you tried reinstalling Outlook or repairing your Office program. You should be able to do this through the ADD/REMOVE program from the control panel.

If neither helps then try to delete your profile and recreate it. joegz
