Hi,

Is it possible to have an Outlook contact record automatically insert the current date/time into the "notes" section for recording actions taken without the user having to enter this information manually?

Is it also possible for it to automatically make an entry into the notes section to confirm when someone sends an e-mail to that contact?

I think these things are possible, have heard of a feature called "Journal", though I've never used it, but can this apply to a Public Folder where the contacts list is located?

I do hope you can assist me.

Regards,
Jay/UK
