I discovered this a few days ago and am surprised I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere. So here goes...

If you have several different email addresses all being forwarded to your Outlook this could be an ideal tip for you.

Scenario: You received an email from someone using an email address that is not of your default SMTP server (what ISP you use to send email with). You want to reply to this email but your SMTP server will reject it because the server is not theirs.

Rather than copying and pasting the whole message into a new email form, before you click Send, go to View - Options and there you can change the email server to your default email server. Then you can click Send and it'll go on its way!

Hopes this helps someone out!

Mary
