Outlook 2000 - Symantec Fax problem

Microsoft Outlook 2000-SR1 - Symantec Fax Starter Edition
I have a problem sending a fax with more then 1 attachments.
The fax terminates and is put in the sent items folder and some time after (varies) it tries to resend and fails with a Fax Undeliverable message in inbox.

FAX STATUS REPORT
X An error occurred while sending the Fax.
The error is : Unable to connect. (0)
Pages: Total number of pages is 5, number of pages sent is 2
