Hi I'm wondering if it is possible to publicily share contacts in Outlook 2000 keeping them in master categories.
At the moment I have made public a "Marketing" contact list which we will be sharing with some of our staff. The contacts in this list as put into Categories using the Outlook Categories option. Examples of categories as : B&B, Hotel, Hotel etc etc
They are all nicely sorted into categories on the host machine (my machine) and all the other staff can see the contacts but they are not categoried for them. They could re-categorise them on their machine but that's too much hassle. I want them to be able to use the categories that I have set-up. Can this be done ?
